MAMP is excited to welcome Linda Gifford as the October 2016 Breakfast Meeting guest speaker!
LINDA B. GIFFORD
Linda Gifford has been involved in the real estate industry for almost 35 years, having been a REALTOR before going to law school and becoming a real estate attorney. Linda owns Linda Gifford Law Office and is legal counsel to the Maine Association of REALTORS, handling teaching assignments for them as well as contract and form preparation, lobbying, and answering Hotline questions from members. Linda also owns Central Maine Title Company, a full service title company that handles title work and title insurance, conveyancing documentation, and closings on a statewide basis.
Linda will be discussing "current legislation in Maine, as well as how the real estate community has been dealing with the changes brought on by TRID."
